Quick notes for the US market:

  • 6–9 business days is a red flag for US shoppers on a premium/handcrafted brand. Amazon has anchored expectations at 2–5 days. If your fulfillment is from overseas (China/dropship), consider framing it as "handcrafted to order, ships within X days" — turns a weakness into a story that fits the brand.
  • Add a shipping cost threshold if free shipping isn't truly universal (e.g. "Free shipping on orders over $X"). US customers abandon carts fast when shipping surprises them at checkout.
  • No returns/lost package clause: add a line about what happens if a package is marked delivered but not received (very common USPS issue). Something like "we'll assist in filing a carrier claim" protects you from refund abuse.
